How can you go wrong with a place that has Chicken and Waffles in its name? Lo-Lo’s opened in Phoenix in 2002, garnering the attention of stars like Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Muhammad Ali and many more. The mastermind behind the famous Lo-Lo’s Chicken and Waffles recipe is owner Larry “Lo-Lo” White, who created his own waffle mix, maple syrup, seasoned salt and hot sauce that they still use today. Grab some southern hospitality at any of the Lo-Lo’s locations throughout the Valley including Chase Field, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Gilbert.
